2020 Community Kite Festival Photos

Well, the breeze was absolutely perfect and how high were those kites!

Thank you to all our wonderful families who came along to our 2020 Community Kite Festival. Over 200 residents enjoyed decorating and flying their kites, jumping on bouncy castles, eating yummy Delish ice-cream and socialising with one another. Not to mention one of the  big hits of the day – the amazing lolly drops!

We handed out 140 kite kits and every single one had an awesome flying session. It’s hard not to when you’ve got someone as enthusiastic as Michael “The Kite Man” Alvarez amping everyone up with his stories, kite flying skills and excitement.

A real highlight of the day was also just how much everybody helped one another in flying their kites. We think the adults enjoyed it just as much as the kids!
