New Land Release Construction Commenced

Another new land release for Holland Park is expected to be released for sale in February 2020.

Big blocks

This release is especially exciting because there will be an emphasis on larger lots. There will be plenty of 17m frontage lots and blocks up to 630m2. There’s short supply of this size block in Piara Waters, so we expect this release to move very fast.

In total, our new Stage 2B release will comprise 45 single residential lots.

Current Status

Stage 2B is currently under construction. We expect construction to be complete by early 2020.

Titles are anticipated in July 2020.

This will be Holland Park’s third land release in less than 9 months. Piara Waters is definitely still going strong!
