You can now pre-register for our very last land release, the Berkshire Release. This is your best and last chance to secure a lot in our spacious, private estate. With only 54 lots remaining, Holland Park is near completion and we have huge demand! These lots are arguably some of the best located lots in the estate and they won’t last long.
Big Blocks
It’s hard to get big blocks in Piara Waters. So our release has plenty of 450m2, plus six lots over 480m2. The biggest block is a solid 549m2!

The Early Bird Catches The Worm
If you’re reading this, you’re getting early warning! With the huge array of Government Grants, new release land is selling really, really fast. Many buyers have missed out on their favourite block, so make sure you pre-register your preferences with us in the form below.
The release will go live to the general public on Saturday 5th September 2020. However, as a pre-registered buyer, you will get a chance to secure a lot prior to that date.
Pricing Information
Pricing for the Berkshire Release will be available to pre-registered buyers closer to the release.
Land Titles
Titles for Berkshire Release are anticipated in late November/early December 2020. This is an estimate only and subject to change, as titles are subject to government approvals and other factors outside of the Developers control.
Pre-Register For The Last Release At Holland Park
To stand the best chance of securing your dream lot, please complete as much of the Registration of Interest as possible & list your preferred lots in order of preference.
If your future offer to purchase a lot is to be subject to obtaining a finance approval from a Lending Institution, you will need to provide a copy of your Letter of Eligibility or Pre-Approval prior to lot allocation. So if you haven’t attached it with your registration, please get on to it now, as we cannot allocate a lot to a buyer without one!
If successful, you will be contacted by Martin Head to discuss your block allocation, confirmed price and a time scheduled to sign your contract.
