Top of the Perth Real Estate Hotspots
October 19, 2017
Holland Park officially named a ‘Real Estate Hot Spot’.
Almost any residential estate can claim to be popular, but not everyone can back it up the way Holland Park Piara Waters can.
We’re proud to say that we’re officially one of Australia’s Hot Spots, according to the Housing Industry Association’s (HIA) 2017 Population and Residential Building Hot Spots report. And we’re just one of two Western Australian locations that can make that claim.
The HIA applies strict criteria to the description. It specifies that the area must have experienced a population growth rate of more the 1.4 per cent above the national average for the previous year. And there must be approval of at least $150 million worth of residential building during the year.
The Forrestdale-Harrisdale-Piara Waters area more than qualified. It topped the list for building approvals for the second year in a row. As one of the most desirable parts of this growing Hot Spot, Holland Park is sure to be high on home buyers’ lists right now.
Everything you could wish for in a private residential estate is yours at Holland Park. Our new Primary School and kindergarten/pre-primary opens in 2018. Our new community and sports pavilion and playing fields are nearly complete. And our parklands, nature trails and community facilities are already second to none.
If you’re looking for a home within a few minutes of the freeway, shops, schools, recreation and leisure facilities and much more, you simply must see Holland Park.
But hurry, because Hot Spots get snapped up quickly.
